You need to dial #123#, you will receive a message telling you the balance.

*202# doesn't check balances. It is used for buying bundles.

If you need to know the balance, use #123# and you will receive a message.

Another option is installing Tnm Smart app. It works for free, and it can tell you very all the balances from airtime, internet, WhatsApp balance, etc., and it does so much more.
